JAMES RATKOVICH
ames Ratkovich started selling real estate as a licensed salesperson while attending college in 1977. He joined The Ratkovich Company
(TRC) in 1984 and was a principal in some of the most important urban development plans
and |

projects
in southern California.
Jim formed James
Ratkovich & Associates, Inc. in 1991. From
its inception, JRA served as lead consultant to
several prominent Wall Street based investment
banks, resulting in the acquisition of over $2
billion in assets by those clients. JRA’s
commercial appraisal clientele reads as a who’s
who of Wall Street Investment Banking.
Jim is a member of the
International Council of Shopping Centers, the
Urban Land Institute and its Urban Mixed-Use
Development Council. He is also a published
contributor to the ULI Market Forecast.
Additionally, Jim is a Certified General
Appraiser, licensed by the state of California
and a designated CCRA by the National Association
of Real Estate Appraisers.
He holds a California
Real Estate Broker's license.

STEVEN CLARK
teven Clark joined JRA full-time in 1996 to oversee the
acquisition, renovation and management of The Pacific, a 187-unit, highrise luxury condominium project in Long Beach, California. |

Steve has more than 24 years of experience in
real estate development, finance, construction
and management, as both principal and broker.
Prior to joining JRA, he was president of Paragon
Realty Service, a real estate investment and
finance firm.
He was associated with
private sector asset management firms under
contract with the RTC, and was a vice-president
of Western Federal Savings in its asset
management department.
He holds a California
Real Estate Broker's license.
